Mr. Miomir Žužul, the Croatian Foreign Minister, received congratulatory message on the occasion of his nomination as Foreign Minister by Ms. Yoriko Kawaguchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

Convinced in further advancement of bilateral relations between Croatia and Japan, and in the wish that the Republic of Croatia continues to play a positive role in the promotion of democratisation and market economy on the territory of South-Eastern Europe, the Japanese Minister emphasised the readiness of the Japanese Government to continue contributing to the stability and progress in the region.
