Mr. Joseph Fischer, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany extended written congratulations to Mr. Miomir Žužul, Croatian Foreign Minister, on the occasion of his appointment as the Chief of Croatian diplomacy.

“Your country is facing tasks that will determine its path. By further approaching of Croatia to the European Union and the North-Atlantic Alliance, the Croatian Government has set important goals. I take the liberty to guarantee that with its actions, Germany will continue to support your country on its path to Europe. I wish strength and determination to your high duty”, pointed out the German Foreign Minister in his congratulatory message.
