Mr. Miomir Žužul, the Croatian Foreign Minister, received a telephone call tonight on 31 December 2003, from Mr. Colin Powell, the US Secretary of State who conveyed him best wishes in performing the high duty of Foreign Minister.
In the telephone conversation, Mr. Powell wished happiness to the Republic of Croatia and its citizens, success to the Croatian Government, and welcomed Minister Žužul in the “Club of Foreign Ministers”.
