First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Vesna Pusić is attending a strategic forum in Bled, where later today she is scheduled to speak at a panel called "The EU and the Western Balkans - What After Croatia?"

Pusić met with US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Philip Reeker, with whom she talked about the situation in the region and the prospects of further enlargement. The two officials agreed that the Euro-Atlantic integration process as well as the reforms that are being implemented were the key for stability and security in the region.
