Minister Jandroković received on inaugural visit Bulgarian Ambassador Ivan Sirakov

Describing the relations between Croatia and Bulgaria as very good and devoid of outstanding issues, Minister Jandroković and Ambassador Sirakov agreed that the bilateral economic relations show room for intensifying the co-operation and defined the modalities for further improvements.

Apart from the talks about the state of affairs in South Eastern Europe, opinions were exchanged about the current course of the negotiations for Croatia’s accession to the Euro-Atlantic integration. The Bulgarian side reiterated Bulgaria’s support for Croatia, as well as the willingness to transfer its own experience in the accession process, which Minister Jandroković expressed gratitude for.
