Minister Gordan Jandroković received Spanish Ambassador Manuel Salazar

Minister Jandroković thanked the support Spain has been offering Croatia in its accession to the Euro-Atlantic integration, expressing hope for the strengthening of co-operation in all areas. He especially thanked for the engagement of the Spanish OSCE presidency in brining to an end the OSCE Mission in Zagreb, which both sides described as a success of both Croatia and OSCEE, as well as Foreign Minister Moratinos’ role in the achievement of that goal.

Ambassador Salazar confirmed the continuation of Spain’s support for Croatia in its EU and NATO accession process, as well as the willingness to continue co-operating in the transfer of experience in both of the processes.

Both sides expressed a wish for the further intensification of overall relations, namely in economy.
