Minister Gordan Jandroković received on inaugural visit Austrian Ambassador Helga Konrad

Minister Jandroković and Ambassador Konrad described the bilateral relations as excellent, as confirmed by the intensive and regular highest-level visits. Reviewing the current course of Croatia’s EU negotiations, Minister Jandroković thanked for Austria’s reiterated support, as well as the offer to exchange experiences in said process.

It was pointed out that the excellent co-operation between Croatia and Austria is greatly contributed to by regular political consultations between the two foreign ministries, as well as by co-operation between relevant institutions in economy, culture, education, science, internal affairs, and justice. The good co-operation that is unfolding not only between state institutions and through the networking of regional and local bodies, but also through numerous regional initiatives, will continue in the future, concluded Minister Jandroković and Ambassador Konrad.
