MFAEI’s Diplomatic Academy organised the 4th international conference on public diplomacy and media entitled “Cultural Promotion and Diplomacy”
The Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integation organised the 4th international conference on public diplomacy and media entitled “Cultural Promotion and Diplomacy” that started today, 14 October 2005, in Dubrovnik
Taking part at the conference, taking place 14 and 15 October 2005 at the Centre for Postgraduate Studies are some 40 participants from 17 European countries and one international organisation – home and foreign experts and scientists, diplomats, state officials, and persons from cultural life.
The conference will discuss the role of culture in foreign policy and the building of a country’s positive image abroad, as well as the competence and institutional organisation of cultural promotion and international co-operation.
