MFAEI opened exhibition of key documents and handed diplomas to DA students

Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović opened at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration on Monday, 11 June 2007, the exhibition of key documents connected with the establishment of diplomatic relations and Croatia’s foreign political relations. Minister Grabar-Kitarović also handed diplomas to Diplomatic Academy students on completed professional one-year diplomatic studies and two-month diplomatic course

There are 33 students who have completed the one-year professional studies, while 23 students have completed the two-month course. Minister Grabar-Kitarović handed them their diplomas and in her speech she emphasised the importance of life-long education and training programmes which became a long-standing practice at the MFAEI. Minister Grabar-Kitarović congratulated the students and wished them success in future career.

On the occasion of the Diplomacy Day, on 7 June, and the 15th anniversary celebration of the international recognition of the Republic of Croatia, Minister Grabar-Kitarović opened the exhibition comprising of the presentation of the MFAEI Yearbook, Diplomatic Academy publications and information publications on the EU, NATO and UN, but also some key documents connected with the establishment of diplomatic relations and Croatia’s foreign political relations.

The exhibition is open for public and can be viewed during Open Days at the MFAEI, from Tuesday, June 12, until Saturday, June 16, 2007, from 9.00-17.00.
