Members of the Diplomatic Economic Club of the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs visited Monday 10 March 2003 the Croatian National Bank at the invitation of Željko Rohatinski.
The visit was organised by the Department for Economic Organisations and Integrations of the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the purpose of familiarising the diplomatic representatives to the Republic of Croatia with the activities and policies of the Croatian National Bank for the year 2003.
Vice-Governor Boris Vujčić informed the 25 members of the Club and the representatives of the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs about the current facts regarding the foreign exchange and monetary policy, the banking system and relations with international financial institutions.
The guests showed great interest for the role and activities of the Croatian National Bank, which is the central bank in Croatia.
