Deputy Foreign Minister Joško Klisović met with Germany’s Special Envoy for Southeast Europe Ernst Wolfgang Reichel. The two officials discussed the EU’s new approach for Bosnia and Herzegovina, current events in Macedonia and the role of Croatia in the region’s European integration. Klisović informed Reichel about recent developments in the relations with Serbia, stressing the importance of quelling the hostile rhetoric and alleviating tensions. Both officials argued that European values presupposed good-neighbourly relations and constructive behaviour in the region.
