The Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Croatia to the Republic of Korea was inaugurated in Seoul on 6 May 2003. H.E. Myung-Kwan Hyun, Honorary Consul, is Deputy Director and Executive Director of the prestigious Federation of Korean industrialists and the President of Samsung Corporation.
In his welcome speech, Mr. Drago Buvač, Croatian Ambassador to Japan and the Republic of Korea, expressed his expectations that the Consulate, headed by this distinguished businessman, will particularly advance economic relations between the two countries.
