Greek President, signed the Decision on the Promulgation of the Law by which the SAA

On 2 July 2003, Mr. Konstantinos Stephanopoulos, the Greek President, signed the Decision on the Promulgation of the Law by which the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) between the European Union and the Republic of Croatia is ratified. The SAA was published in the Greek Official Journal on 31 July 2003 and formally entered into force.

The Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall inform the European Community and all the EU Member States of its entry into force in Greece.

We recall that the SAA between the EU and the Republic of Croatia was ratified by majority of votes in the Greek Parliament on 5 June 2003.
