Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović took part at the meeting of the US-Adriatic Charter

Croatian Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović took part yesterday, 16 September 2005, at the meeting of the US-Adriatic Charter, that saw Macedonian Foreign Minister Ilinka Mitreva, Albanian Foreign Minister Besnik Mustafaj and U. S. Under-Secretary of State for Political Affairs R. Nicholas Burns

The meeting discussed the countries’ progress in approaching the NATO standards. Minister Grabar-Kitarović pointed out that Croatia is encouraged to continue its efforts in fulfilling the criteria for NATO membership.

Minister Grabar-Kitarović informed the present parties about the peace keeping missions that Croatia actively participates in, thus contributing to the setting up of a global peace.
