Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Miro Kovač and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry held a short and cordial talk following a group photo of the allied foreign ministers with Montenegrin Prime Minister Milo Đukanović at NATO headquarters in Brussels, after the signing of the Protocol to the North Atlantic Treaty on the Accession of Montenegro.
