Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Marija Pejčinović Burić 16 April 2019 received the outgoing Apostolic Nuncio to the Republic of Croatia, Monsignor Giuseppe Pinto.

Pejčinović Burić thanked Pinto for the successful cooperation and his personal engagement, voicing gratitude to the Holy See for continuously supporting Croatia.

The minister highlighted the intensive exchange of high-level visits and her official visit to the Holy See in March 2019, as well as her audience with the Holy Father and talks with Cardinal Secretary of State Pietro Parolin and Secretary for Relations with States Paul Richard Gallagher.
