Organised by the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, the Director of the Diplomatic Institute of the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Armando Manuel de Barros Serra Marques Guedes, held 16 April 2008 a lecture before the attendees of the 11th One-Year Professional Diplomatic Study

Attendees of the One-Year Professional Diplomatic Study are attending lectures on the Croatian history, Croatian political system, international relations and policy, European integration and NATO, international organisations, diplomacy and diplomatic skills, diplomatic protocol, international and diplomatic-consular law, and other subjects related to diplomatic activities.
