Ambassador Esad Prohić handed over credentials to Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf

Ambassador Esad Prohić handed over his credentials to President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Pervez Musharraf, officially assuming the duty of the Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, seated in Teheran, the Islamic Republic of Iran

After the handing-over ceremony, following President Musharraf’s interest, Ambassador Prohić reported in short about the state of affairs in South Eastern Europe. Both sides expressed satisfaction with the two countries’ bilateral relations, as well as a wish for the continuation of the good co-operation.

Ambassador Prohić met the following day with state secretaries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Oil and Natural Resources, reviewing the further possibilities of business co-operation between Croatia and Pakistani companies.
