Croatian Embassy to Argentina organized exhibition “Croatian Lighthouses”

The exhibition features 25 photographs by 15 renowned Croatian photographers. Apart from its original and attractive tourist valorization, the exhibition is also attempting to highlight the necessity of preserving and reconstructing the lighthouses in accordance with the highest standards of the protection of cultural-historical heritage and ecological surroundings.

The exhibition was opened with speeches by Croatian Ambassador to Argentina Mira Martinec and Director of UCA Arts Pavilion Cecilia Cavanagh. The exhibition will be open until August 9th, after which there is great interest for it to be set up in the city Rosario, with support from the Consulate Honorary of the Republic of Croatia there.

Ambassador Martinec also opened in Buenos Aires a mini-series of modern Croatian cinematography, which will remain open throughout July.
