Croatian and Danish governments signed Agreement on General Terms for Implementation of Dutch Bilateral Assistance to Croatia

The Government of the Republic of Croatia and the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark signed on 24 October 2007 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration the Agreement on the General Terms for the Implementation of Danish Bilateral Assistance to Croatia

The Agreement regulates the terms for the overall future Danish bilateral assistance to Croatia that will as of 1 January 2008 be implemented in all sector programs, projects and activities, with no time limit.

The Agreement was signed on behalf of the Croatian Government by State Secretary for Organisation, Development and Management Željko Kuprešak, and on behalf of the Danish Government by Danish Ambassador to Croatia Berno Kjeldsen.

Both sides pointed out the very good bilateral relations between the two countries and expressed conviction that this Agreement will provide additional incentive for the further strengthening of mutual co-operation.
