Croatian Ambassador to NATO Davor Božinović handed credentials to Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer
Croatian Ambassador to the North Atlantic Alliance Davor Božinović handed today, 3 October 2005, his credentials to the Alliance’s Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, thus officially assuming the duty of the Croatian Ambassador to NATO
In a short talk with Secretary General Scheffer, Ambassador Božinović reiterated that NATO membership is one of Croatia’s key foreign policy goals, and pointed out that he will try to actively contribute to its realisation.
Opinions were also exchanged on the situation in the region within the US-Adriatic Charter.
