Croatia-Serbia outstanding issue coordinators hold talks

In Belgrade 30 November 2017 a meeting was held between coordinators for outstanding issues of the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Serbia, Assistant Foreign Minister Boris Grigić and MFA State Secretary Nemanja Stevanović respectively

In Belgrade 30 November 2017 a meeting was held between coordinators for outstanding issues of the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Serbia, Assistant Foreign Minister Boris Grigić and MFA State Secretary Nemanja Stevanović respectively.

The meeting reviewed the activities of interstate mixed commissions for outstanding issues involving minorities, border, imprisoned and disappeared persons, the return of cultural goods, economic and judicial cooperation, and succession. Both sides agreed to intensify and speed up their activities in order to bring concrete results as soon as possible. The participants also discussed other topics of mutual interest.

Both sides agreed that stepping up the work on resolving the outstanding issues would contribute to creating a constructive atmosphere in bilateral relation.

The meeting determined the general dynamic of subsequent meetings between coordinators.
