Croatia remains open to dialogue on border issue with Slovenia

The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs does not want to get involved in counterproductive media discussions in responding to today’s press release by the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the outstanding border issue.

Croatia remains open to dialogue and believes that there is no need to raise tensions through press releases, and that calm and cool-headed talks can yield a mutually acceptable solution to the issue, in the spirit of centuries-old good neighbourly tradition between Croatia and Slovenia.
