Croatia and Congo established diplomatic relations

The process was completed by signing the Joint Communiqué on the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations, signed on behalf of the Croatian Government by Permanent Representative to the UN in New York Mirjana Mladineo, and on behalf of the Congolese Government by Permanent Representative to the UN Atoki Ileka.
