Contracts signed on financing international development cooperation projects
The ten selected civil society organizations will carry out non-commercial project activities in recipient countries of official development assistance, in accordance with the rules of the Development Assistance Committee of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD-DAC). These activities will take place in Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, as well as in Benin, Bolivia, Philippines, and Ethiopia.
Grlić Radman and representatives of the following civil society organizations signed contracts for future cooperation: HRVI Nemo Adriatic Diving Club, the Scout Association of Croatia, the Ignacije Center, Caritas of the Archdiocese of Split-Makarska, the Croatian Debate Society, the Association for Support and Promotion of Unity "Croatia Helps," the Institute for Research on Hybrid Conflicts, the Vukovar Women's Association, Healthy City, and the Association for Holistic Development of Children and Youth Nova Eva.
During the contract signing, Grlić Radman emphasized the importance of continuing to do good in these challenging times. He expressed his gratitude to civil society organizations for their tireless work and dedication in making not only our community but also the world a better place to live. He also reaffirmed that the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs will remain a reliable partner and a strong supporter of their efforts.
