On 30 September 2003, the Ambassador of Croatia to Italy, Drago Kraljević, handed the Faculty of Philosophy in Florence 260 books by Croatian authors.
The books were published by the Institute for Croatian Cultural Heritage. They were donated by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Republic of Croatia for the Croatian section of the Department of Slavistics of the Faculty of Philosophy in Florence.
