He congratulated Mrs Branka Rimac, the President of the Association, on the 2009 Human Rights and Nursing Award she received. Mrs Rimac was presented with this important award for outstanding achievements in the field of human rights and the nursing profession at the 10th annual conference of the International Centre for Nursing Ethics held at the University of Surrey in Guilford. Apart from attending the conference, the Croatian delegation visited a number of medical establishments and talked about the most burning issues in the nursing profession.
