Ambassador Alajbeg presented in Brussels Lannoy’s film about Croatia

Croatian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium Ljerka Alajbeg presented in Brussels on Monday, 6 February 2006, Philippe Lannoy’s film about Croatia, as a part of the series of lectures entitled Voir le Monde and dedicated to the countries of the world

Lannoy’s film was recorded during his numerous visits to Croatia in the past two years and in co-operation with the Croatian Tourist Community’s Office.

Ambassador Alajbeg pointed out that Croatia has always belonged to the cultural circle of Europe and can enrich the EU with its specific qualities.

The film features commentaries and shows in a special way that is not only tourist the natural and cultural wealth of all parts of Croatia.

Lannoy’s lecture opened the Croatian Week in Brussels, during which the exhibition Croatian Lighthouses was opened on Tuesday, 7 February 2006, at the Berlaymont premises of the European Commission, and Wednesday, 8 February 2006, will feature a large tourist workshop and the now traditional Croatian Evening. From 9-13 February 2006, Croatia will be presented at the Brussels Tourist Fair.
