Accompanied by PM Ivo Sanader, Minister Gordan Jandroković is on visit to NY for 63rd session of UN General Assembly

Minister Jandroković, together with the member countries’ ministers, attended the Alliance of Civilizations meeting today. The meeting discussed the further modalities of accomplishing the Alliance’s basic mission.

Minister Jandroković held a speech, pointing out the need to overcome conflicts based on religious, ethnic, and cultural differences, as well as the continuous dedication of Croatia as a non-permanent Security Council member to contributing to their settlement, adding that the constant development of tolerance, and mutual understanding and co-operation have no alternative.
