The 20th OSCE Ministerial Council began this morning in Kiev, attended by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Vesna Pusić

The 20^th OSCE Ministerial Council began this morning in Kiev, attended by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Vesna Pusić.  

Pusić is to hold a series of bilateral talks on the fringes of the meeting with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara, US Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, Turkmen and Kazakhstani foreign ministers, and OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities Astrid Thoers.
