At the Winter Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), the Republic of Croatia was represented by members of the Delegation of Croatian Parliament to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe: Frano Matušic, Miljenko Doric, Mirjana Feric-Vac, Gvozden Srecko Flego, Mirando Mrsic and Marija Pejcinovic Buric.

At the Winter Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), the Republic of Croatia was represented by members of the Delegation of Croatian Parliament to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe: Frano Matušic, Miljenko Doric, Mirjana Feric-Vac, Gvozden Srecko Flego, Mirando Mrsic and Marija Pejcinovic Buric.
PACE re-elected Mevlüt Çavusoglu as its President and also elected several of its Vice-Presidents. At the meeting of the Committee on Economic Affairs and Development, Marija Pejcinovic Buric was elected as Chairperson of the Sub-Committee on Tourism and Development, Mirjana Feric-Vac was re-elected as the Vice-Chaiperson of the Committee
on Equal Opportunities for Women and Men, Gvozden Srecko Flego was re-elected as Chaiperson of the Committee on Culture, Science and Education, Miljenko Doric was elected ad Vice-Chairperson of the Subcommittee for local and regional democracy, and Marijana Petir was elected as Member of the Subcommittee for European Prize.
President of the Republic of Turkey Abdullah Gül, President of the Republic of Serbia Boris Tadic and President of Romania Traian Bãsescu were among the high-level officials who addressed the PACE. Speeches were also held by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland, President of PACE Mevlüt Çavusoglu and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey and Chairman of the Committee
of Ministers of the Council of Europe Ahmet Davutoglu.
On the basis of the report by the Member of Croatian Parliament Miljenko Doric, PACE adopted a Resolution and a Recommendation on the obligation of member states and observer states of the Council of Europe to co-operate in the prosecution of war crimes.
A Resolution on Investigation of allegations of inhuman treatment of people and illicit trafficking in human organs in Kosovo, a Resolution and a Recommendation on reconciliation and political dialogue between the countries of the former Yugoslavia and a Resolution and a Recommendation on the protection of witnesses as a cornerstone
for justice and reconciliation in the Balkans were among the other adopted documents.
