Joint Communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations was signed on behalf of the Croatian Government by the Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York, Ambassador Ranko Vilovic, and on the behalf of Solomon Island by the Permanent Representative to United Nations, Ambassador Collin D. Beck.
