FMs Stier, Kotzias ink Croatia-Greece Cooperation Programme

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Davor Ivo Stier 31 May 2017 paid a working visit to the Hellenic Republic, where he held talks with his counterpart, Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias. The two officials confirmed that it was in both Croatia and Greece’s interest to support stability and European prospect for all countries in the region. Stier and Kotzias signed a three-year Programme of Cultural, Scientific and Educational Cooperation, which arranges for organizing exhibitions, exchange of students, scientists and artists, as well as diploma and degree recognition. During his stay in Athens, Stier also met with Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, Parliament Speaker Nikolaos Voutsis, and members of the Parliamentary Croatia-Greece Friendship Group.
