Representatives of the private Croatian Universities met with the representatives of APTISI in the Croatian Employers" Association

Representatives of the private Croatian Universities under support of the Croatian Employers" Association (HUP) met with representatives of the Indonesian Association of Private Higher Education Institutions (APTISI) in Zagreb, on May 19, 2017, in order to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU ) to achieve partnership and stronger bilateral cooperation. On behalf of the HUP, PhD Mislav Balkovic, President of the HUP - Employers" Association in Education (HUP-UPO) and Mrs. Jasminka Martinovic, Director of City Associations were attended to the ceremony of signing of the MoU. With this bilateral cooperation, the HUP-UPO and the Indonesian Education Association will bring the Croatian education system closer to students from Asia, but equally, will provide to Croatian students with easier access to the Asian market. MoU was signed by Dr. Budi Djatmiko, President of APTISI and PhD. Mislav Balkovic, President of HUP-UPO. At the end of the meeting, both sides expressed great satisfaction with the new cooperation and successful future joint projects. Mr. Dražen Margeta, Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to Indonesia, Mr. Widjoseno Sastroamidjojo, Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Zagreb and Mr. George Iwan Marantika, President of the Bilateral Business Council of the Republic of Croatia and Indonesia at KADIN and vice-president of APTISI, have also attended the signing of the MoU.
