A Christmas reception organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Jakarta and the Indonesian-Croatian Business Council KADIN was held at the hotel Borobudur in Jakarta, on December 21, 2017. Croatian citizens, representatives of the diplomatic corps, businessmen, university representatives and embassy"s friends attended the mentioned event.
Guests were offered specialties of Croatian traditional cuisine and homemade Christmas cakes. They also had the opportunity to taste traditional mulled wine.
Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to Jakarta, Mr. Dražen Margeta, welcomed the guests and congratulated on the upcoming holiday seasons. After a short speech, Ambassador Margeta awarded the Certificate of Appreciation for the contribution of enhancing Croatian-Indonesia bilateral relations for 2017, to Indonesian citizens.
Also, during the reception, on the big screen were screened films with winter landscapes of the Republic of Croatia of the Croatian National Tourist Board.
