The story of a Croatian traditional dish, Zagorski štrukli, with photos and a recipe was published in the weekend edition of the largest and one of the most read daily newspaper in Israel - Yedioth Ahronoth, on 11 May 2018. The dish was prepared by a celebrity Israeli chef, food and publicist, Ruthie Russo, in the context of interesting dishes that can be prepared for Shavuot, a Jewish holiday with tradition of eating dairy foods such as cheese.
