On the occasion of the International Woman"s Day, theAmbassadors" Club Israel and Israeli Prime Minister"s Press Office organised a visit to Israeli institution promoting improvement of the status of women in Israel: NA"AMAT – Movement for Employed Women and Volunteers. It was an opportunity to visit a bilingual Jewish-Arabic kindergarten in Jaffa, and the shelter for the victims of family violence in Israel.
The aim of the visit was to show the diversity of approach to education in a bilingual kindergarten, as well as the multi-faceted co-operation between the Israeli and Arab women in the prevention of family violence. Ms. Tina Krce, Minister-Counsellor participated at the event on behalf of the Embassy of Croatia.
