As part of Art Fair Tokyo, one of the largest art fairs in Asia, the second edition of World Art Tokyo, aimed at promoting contemporary international artists in Japan was held at the Tokyo International Forum. Croatian artist based in Tokyo Georgia Borcic (?urda Borcic) was invited by the organizer in cooperation with Croatian Embassy in Tokyo to represent Croatia as one of the 31 participating countries.
Among 31 participating countries, the works of the Croatian artist were selected to be exhibited also at the Haneda Airport. Haneda Airport is one of the busiest airports in the world with around 85 million passengers per year.
