Croatian delegation headed by the State secretary of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Physical Planning and Construction, Mr. Davor Mrduljaš participated in the work of the Third Euro-Mediterranean Conference on the Environment that was held on November 20th 2006 in Cairo.
The Euro-Mediterranean Conference is aimed to bring all the partners from the two shores of the Mediterranean to preserve the Mediterranean. Initiative called ‘Horizon 2020' is being introduced as the road map for the implementation of the Mediterranean Strategy for Sustainable Development and the European Environment Strategy for the Mediterranean.
