The Croatian Embassy presented some of the Croatian cultural heritage at the Helwan University in Cairo during the University's International Day on May 4, 2006. The University marked its International Day by organizing a cultural fair on which the Croatian Embassy has shown documentary films, posters and books on the Croatian cultural heritage.
The Croatian Embassy presented some of the Croatian cultural heritage at the Helwan University in Cairo during the University's International Day on May 4, 2006. The University marked its International Day by organizing a cultural fair on which the Croatian Embassy has shown documentary films, posters and books on the Croatian cultural heritage. Besides our Embassy, the embassies of Poland, Palestine, Thailand, and Japan took part in the Fair. The Cultural Fair was a whole day event that attracted attention from many students who had posed numerous questions to representatives of the participant countries.
Otherwise, the Helwan University has 60 000 students and 18 faculties.
