Croatian Ambassador in Beijing Professor Dr. Ante Simonić met with the Chinese Minister of Culture Mr. Cai Wu on Tuesday, 16 February 2010, on the occasion of his departure for Croatia in the capacity of a Special Envoy of the Chinese President Mr. Hu Jintao on the inauguration of the Croatian President elect Professor Dr. Ivo Josipović.
The meeting was cordial and the occasion was used to discuss bilateral relations in the field of culture as well as to reminisce about long-term involvement of minister Cai Wu in Sino-Croatian relations
