Croatian-Latvian cultural, scientific and educational co-operation
Cultural co-operation between the two countries is based on the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Croatia and the Government of the Republic of Latvia on cultural co-operation (Zagreb, October 1999), the programmes of cultural co-operation between the two ministries of culture, the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Croatia and the Government of the Republic of Latvia on co-operation in the fields of science, technology and higher education, as well as the direct agreements between institutions and associations which is still not sufficently developed.
