Croatian Minister of Health Siniša Varga paid a visit to United States, December 6-10, 2014.
In Washington, Minister Varga had meetings with officials from Department of Veterans Affairs and Department of State. The Minister also met with medical professionals of Croatian DC community and held meetings at National Institutes of Health.
The main focus of the visit was to examine practices of veterans care in the U.S. in support of efforts to establish veterans care center in Croatia.
