The Pedalinac Cycling Club arrived in LondonSeventeen cyclists from the The Pedalinac Cycling Club from Zagreb, on the 26th of July 2012, arrived to their final destination – London!
The cyclist covered 3000 kilometres in 32 day passing through Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Belgium before finally arriving in the UK.

Dr Dina Mehmedbegovic presented her recently published book A study in attitudes to languages in England and Wales: 'Who needs the languages of immigrants?'. Dr Mehmedbegovic, who started her academic career in Osijek, is a Lecturer at the Institute of Education University of London Education Research Unit, LCLL.

The exhibition of Croatian UNESCO Heritage sites features the Episcopal Complex of the Euphrasian Basilica in the Historic Centre of Porec, Historic City of Trogir, Split with the Palace of Diocletian, Old City of Dubrovnik, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Stari Grad Plain and the The Cathedral of St James in Sibenik. It shall be opened to the public from the 15th to the 25th of November in the Europe House in London. The concert shall be held on the 18th of November.

Croatian Ambassador welcomed the family, friends and admirers of Dr Branko Franolic in the Embassy on the 18th of October.
Gathered honoured dr. Franolic and celebrate his life by dedicating a model of Falkuša, (donated by dr. Marko Krznaric i Radovan Katic) a traditional Croatian fishing boat, to his memory.

On this occasion, Minister Bozinovic held a meeting with the CEOs and top officials form the Finnish Patria, Norway's Kongsberg, German Rheinmetall and representatives of the British ministry for trade and investment which organized the exhibition.
