MEETING AT THE EMBASSY WITH AN GARDA SÍOCHÁNA

Within the framework of cooperation with the local Ireland National Police and Security Services An GARDA SÍOCHÁNA, the Ambassador of Croatia to Ireland, Ivan Mašina, hosted the delegation from the Garda Stations with which the Embassy has established a very good cooperation through consular work. The meeting was attended by the Chief Superintenednt Mary Wheatley, Superintendent John Gordon, Seargeants Ian Lambe and Michael Nagle, Garda David O"Hanlon from the Kevin Street Garda Station, and Inspector Peter Woods and Garda Mirel Bašic from the Roads Policing Division Dublin Castle. At the meeting, the experiences regarding the framework of international cooperation were exchanged with an emphasis on the possibilities of improving relations between the Embassy and local stations of An Garda Síochána. The participants have also confirmed that they were very pleased with the outstanding cooperation so far, in favour of both sides.
