Photographic exhibition „Croatia's Undersea World“ by Miro Andric
02 -28 May 2009, Cork Vision Centre
The exhibition showcases photographs of the magical hidden Croatian undersea world by renowned Croatian photographer Miro Andric. There are roughly 6,000 – 7,000 different plant and animal species in the Adriatic Sea. In the sea that danced around more than 1000 islands, islets and reefs of the Croatian coast, that crawled into thousands of holes, caves and ditches, each species found its own favourite location for creating new life forms. We hope you will be our guest and admire a glimpse of this fascinating world at the Cork Vision Centre.
The exhibition is organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Ireland in co-operation with the Cork Vision Centre and will be on display at the Cork Vision Centre (at St Peter's, North Main Street, Cork) from Saturday, 02 May 2009 until Thursday, 28 May 2009 (Tuesday to Saturday 10 am-5 pm, admission free).
