TRAVEL OF MINORS
The application for a visa for a minor is submitted by the legal representative (one or both parents) and attached to the child's birth certificate.
If the minor travels with only one parent and the other parent has not signed the visa application, a certified consent of the other parent to travel is attached, or proof that the parent who signed the application is the minor's only legal representative (death certificate of the other parent, court decision).
If the minor travels without parents, the request is accompanied by a certified consent of both parents which contains: personal data of the parents, purpose and period of stay in Croatia, time of stay in Croatia, period for which consent is given, signature. If the child travels accompanied by another adult, the personal data of that person shall also be stated in the consent.
The consent is notarized. Croatian translation is not required.
In case the group of children travels in an organized manner, instead of the consent, the official confirmation of the institution - travel organizer is attached, which contains data on the trip and a list of children traveling and data on accompanying persons.
