Foreign State Aircraft
Foreign aircraft can enter Croatian airspace only if prior clearance had been issued, unless otherwise stipulated by an international agreement binding the Republic of Croatia.
Clearances for flyovers and landings of foreign civil aircraft are issued by the Croatian Civil Aviation Agency.
Diplomatic clearances for overflights and landings of foreign state aircraft are issued by the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia.
Dully filled diplomatic clearance application forms should be submitted by foreign diplomatic missions, through diplomatic channels.
