U Sarajevu je 14. veljace u organizaciji Veleposlanstva RH i Ministarstva kulture kantona Sarajevo održan drugi skup savjetnika za kulturu Veleposlanstava prisutnih u BiH.
Kao što smo vec najavili tema sastanka bio je organizacija koncerta povodom Mozartove godine, kao i proglašenje Sarajevskog kantona regijom Europe. Gospodin Cigoj obratio se nazocnima:
My dear friends, here we are, together again!
You'll probably ask yourself how come to be greeted with the rose today! those who celebrate the Valentine's Day- day of all in love, all around Europe-will know the reason for sure. We do appologize to all of you who do not celebrate this day and wishfolly ask you to join us and accept it as day of immense love for the human being. Thus, how to avoid the fact to consider this common meeting than as love for human and human culture which conect us so strong.
Let us accept this flower and make it simbolize the cultural event which will coronate our meeting in summer.
Allow me to remind you once again to celebrate the year of Mozart and this region of Europe, with common concert. Each country should participate with few musicians in order to establish not just European orchestra but in this case the world orchestra because as I said before (on our first meeteng) we here are from all over the world therefore show and prove that culture is the mightest mean to overcome the differences.
Mr. Ivica šaric, Cantonal Minister of Culture and myself feel free to propose the orchestra agenda so we would like to discuss it with you and share the orgazitional tasks whom to invite and from where.
Concerning the programme we shall easily find common language having the genial Mozart as reference, genius who had not written the single bad bar, not to mention entire piece!
We do feel free to ask for few days in addition to make some further contacts in order to reach the best conductor according to the present availibility. If you have somebody in mind please let us know.
Therefore, I find this as the best way to reach the most efficient and economical action.
Nazocni su jednoglasno prihvatili prijedlog, te je gospodin šaric objavio i dan koncerta koji bi bio održan na dan otvorenja Bašcarskijskih noci 01. 07. 2006.
