Along with the hosts of the concert, Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to Macedonia Ivan Kujundžić and Bishop of Skopje and Apostolic Exarchate of Macedonia Dr. Kiro Stojanov, the concert at the Skopje Cathedral was also attended by other church dignitaries and political officials, including Minister of Defense of the Republic of Macedonia Zoran Konjanovski, and many other invitees.

The visitors at the concert held last night were able to experience excellent music and enjoy the musical enchantment more fully because of the fact that two big video wall displays were installed on the sides of the altar, as suggested by Maestro Perestegi, thus enabling the gallery to follow the musicians all the time which was the first as well as unique opportunity for the Macedonian audience as the organ at the Cathedral of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus was the first such instrument in Macedonia.

The first organ in Macedonia was promoted by none other than Professor Perestegi in a Christmas Concert also organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Skopje half a year ago.

This celebration of the organ in Skopje last night was completed with an exhibition of posters and photographs of twenty most famous, mostly Baroque, organs at the prestigious multimedia gallery “Mala stanica” of the Museum of Macedonia in Skopje. The exhibited posters and photographs depict organs from the Monastery of the Pauline Oder in Lepoglava, Krapina, Kutina, Zagreb, Buje, Poreč and Rovinj, Šibenik and Dubrovnik.
